What if the monitor flickers regularly
– Check if the connection is loose.
– If not, the issue could be due to an insufficient power supply. Connect the adapter for a sufficient power supply.
USB Type-C port connected, but no image on the display
– The monitor only works with devices that have a USB Type-C full-function port that supports the transmission of audio and video signals, i.e. the device should be compatible with the USB Type-C DisplayPort protocol.
What to do if my laptop does not have a USB-C port?
– If it is not compatible with your laptop, we recommend using an HDMI cable (video signal data transfer) and a USB-A to USB-C cable (power transfer).
Will my iPhone work with the monitor via the Apple Lightning charging cable?
No. An adapter with HDMI output would be required for the iPhone’s Lightning port.
What should I do if my monitor does not display a signal when connected via a USB-C to USB-C cable?
– Please check whether the cables are loose. If they are, please plug them back in and make sure they are connected correctly.
