Q1 Does the FlexMirror work with a wired or wireless connection to Apple devices? A1 Apple devices are not support wireless connection with FlexMirror. However, devices which has usb-c port support wired connection, such as iPhone15, iPad and MacBook with USB-C 3.0 or above cable. Q2 How can I check whether I can connect to my laptop wirelessly? Check if your notebook supports the Miracast function. A2 Check as follows: Click “Windows Key + R” and type “dxdiag” to execute. When a pop-up window appears, the driver model must be WDDM version 1.3 or higher in the driver section on the Display tab, click “Save All Information” and save as a .txt file. Open the .txt file. Click “Ctrl + F” and type “Miracast” in the content window. If “supported” appears in the searched line, it is an environment that can be connected wirelessly. For more details, please refer to page 15~16 in the User Manual. Q3 The FlexMirror does not boot. The logo appears and the blue LED (power indicator) is on, but the screen does not come on. A3 If the device does not “boot up” (turn on), even after fully charging the device, this is due to a temporary software error and the device needs to be re-set. To re-set the device, press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds, or, alternatively, press and hold the power button and the volume up button at the same time for at least 15 seconds. Q4 When I connect the FlexMirror wired to my MacBook via “USB-C to C”, it doesn’t charge. So, I plug in power source to my MacBook, But, it still doesn’t charge. A4 Each device must be pluged to a power first, and then, connect FlexMirror to MacBook. Q5 How can I find battery level? A5 Swipe the bottom right corner of the screen with two fingers from top to bottom. The OSD menu and battery level will appear. Q6 The battery does not seem to charge properly. The charging time seems to be slow. A6 When using a 25W adapter, it takes about 3 hours and 50 minutes to charge. For We recommend using the cable (USB3.0 or higher) enclosed with the 25W adapter for proper charging.
